Hi, I'm Laurie, founder of Inner Guided Life, an online Intuitive Guidance and Energy Healing practice that helps individuals move past self-doubt and into deeper levels of personal empowerment.

I started Inner Guided Life in 2014 after years as a successful account executive in the advertising and marketing industries. One of my natural gifts is identifying the root cause of an imbalance, clearing imbalances energetically, and realigning the energy flow to what matters in life. This intuitive process has helped 100's of clients regain their self-confidence and sense of purpose. Their life becomes more like a series of fun experiences or treasure hunts, and they're the prize!

Private IGL coaching sessions with Laurie are held over the phone or via Zoom, audio only. In general, sessions are on weekday mornings and afternoons, Pacific Standard Time.

Once an IGL coaching session is scheduled and paid for in advance, you will receive a notification to easily add the appointment reminder to your calendar. 

In order to tap into your very own Inner Guidance – that innate wisdom that knows everything about you – I use a combination of intuition tools such as pendulum dowsing, books, tarot, and other oracles for guidance. Once your Inner Guidance reveals the root cause of any imbalances, there are various energy healing techniques used to help clear the imbalances. Your Inner Guidance will lead the way to the fastest, most direct path to your greatest sense of ease and joy.
